a) Conditions for processing

Plus Mechanical will only process personal data under the following conditions, as outlined in data protection legislation:

  • When processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
  • When processing is required to comply with a legal obligation to which Plus Mechanical is subject.
  • When processing is necessary to ensure the legitimate interests of Plus Mechanical.

b) Data controller

The data controller will be the Plus Mechanical entity with which the data subject interacts.

c) Retention period
